Trish Constantino
Director of Finance
Trish Constantino comes to the MLRI team after 7+ years of non-profit experience at Eastern Nazarene College. In this role, she was responsible for the internal (executive leadership team & board) and external financial, grant and compliance reporting. She prepared and monitored the annual budget with the executive team. She managed the annual financial & financial aid audits and collaborated with the CPA firm on the annual 990 preparation & filing. Trish managed a staff of 4 in finance, with additional oversight to the HR, payroll and Student financial services functions. Prior to her time at ENC, Trish worked in a few other industries at the Controller/Director level with similar responsibilities.
Trish completed her B.B.A at University of Massachusetts in Amherst and resides in Weymouth, MA with her husband, David.
