Kara is a rising senior at Tulane University double majoring in International Relations and Homeland Security Studies. She has extensive research experience and interns with a nonprofit in New Orleans during the school year. Kara is passionate about advocacy and public service and plans to attend law school after graduating. She is excited to join the MLRI team this summer and contribute to its mission.
