Jane just finished her 1L year at Harvard Law School. She received a bachelor's degree from Bates College in 2022 with a major in Rhetoric, a minor in Spanish and a concentration in English. While at Bates, she worked at a domestic violence shelter where she transitioned to a full-time case manager after graduation. Jane then moved to Boston and worked for two years as a domestic violence advocate at Boston Medical Center. She is looking forward to working in the Family Law division of the MLRI and learning more about legal support for survivors of violence with a team that cares deeply about breaking down barriers to support that survivors, particularly those from marginalized communities, frequently face
