MLRI is honored to have been selected by the Cummings Foundation as one of the Cummings $30 Million Grant Program recipients!⁠

The Cummings Foundation has awarded nearly $600 million to date in greater Boston, and in 2025, it will grant an additional $30 million.

At MLRI, these funds will go directly towards MLRI’s new Legal Aid & Community Education (LACE) Project! Our goal is to expand, through education & training, the knowledge and capacity of the Massachusetts civil legal aid sector & community-based organizations to best respond to the needs of low-income people and communities.⁠
