Victoria Pulos

Victoria Pulos is an attorney at the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI) where she specializes in health access issues affecting low-income populations. She is the author of a "MassHealth Advocacy Guide" now in its third edition. Prior to joining MLRI she directed children's health work at Families USA in Washington D.C., and, for many years, worked as a poverty lawyer at New Hampshire Legal Assistance. She has a law degree and a masters degree in public administration from Harvard University.
