Raymond is the Project Coordinator of MLRI's Hospital Interpreter Assessment (HIAP). Since November 2003, Raymond has been actively working with Mr. Ernest Winsor, HIAP Director and Staff Attorney, on this project to enhance language interpreter services in Massachusetts statewide hospitals.
